2. Delivery Terms

  • Booking: Deliveries must be scheduled via our website or WhatsApp platform.
  • Pickup & Drop-off: You are responsible for ensuring accurate addresses and availability at both ends.
  • Delays: While we strive for timely deliveries, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen events.
  • Proof of Delivery: We may collect signatures, photos, or digital confirmations as proof of delivery.

3. Payments & Fees

  • All fees are clearly stated during the booking process.
  • Payments are processed securely via our third-party payment provider.
  • No refunds are issued once a delivery is completed, except in cases of service failure.

4. Prohibited Items

You may not send:

  • Illegal substances or contraband
  • Weapons or explosives
  • Perishable goods without proper packaging
  • Items exceeding our weight or size limits

We reserve the right to inspect and reject any package that violates these terms.

5. Account & Data

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

ToDoo Courier is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss or damage due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability
  • Delays caused by third-party service providers or force majeure events

Our liability is limited to the declared value of the item, subject to proof and our discretion.
